下部钻具三维大挠度静力分析

摘    要:根据下部钻具的实际受力状态,建立了下部钻具的三维大挠度静力分析的数学模型,选用加权余量、加权目标函数和最优化方法确定了钻柱与井壁的切点位置,削弱了切点处边界条件不完全确定的影响.解决了多元非线性微分方程组和多无非线性方程组的求解问题,较为准确地分析了钻具的受力和变形.

Abstract:A mathematical model for the static behavior of BHA under large defection in3-d curved borehole was established according to the internal force on the BHA. The positionof tangential point between drilling string and the well wall were determined by using themethod of weighted residuals. weighted object function and optimizing method.Theundetermined boundary condition of tangential point on the drilling bit were decreased,Themultiple non-linear equations can be solved. The force and deformation of BHA wereanalyzed with the model.
