七种中草药矿质元素的测定及品质比较

采用灰化法处理样品,HNO3溶解灰化残渣,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定稀莶草、牛筋草、马齿苋、一点红、长春花、龙葵、叶下珠等7种清热解毒中草药中的K,Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Co,Ni,cu和Mn共9种矿质元素.结果显示各种草药元素的含量高低顺序基本一致,但是含量有很大的差异.7种中草药中9种矿质元素含量分别是:钾109.4～10.34g/kg;钙22.93～1.47 g/kg,镁7.75～0.93 g/kg,锌194～36.8 mg/kg,铁371～50.5 m/kg,钴59.6～6.5 mg/kg,镍50.1～9.1mg/kg,铜26.3～8.6 mg/kg,锰243～37.4 mg/kg.

Determination of Mineral Elements in Seven Chinese Traditional Herbal Drugs and Comparison about the Quality
