| 摘 要： | 采用X线衍射法，测定了生产环境中微量（0.1～5mg）呼吸性粉尘中游离二氧化硅的含量.相对误差小于10%，达到常规微量呼吸性粉尘样品的分析精确度.

| Abstract: | The study designed to determine free SiO2 in micro amounts (0.1～5 mg) of respirable dust.A method for X-ray diffraction is carried out. The relative errors are below 10 %.The accuracy of the proposed meets the requirement of routine micro amounts .The study demonstrated that X-ray diffraction is a accurate, convenient and speed-up method to measure free SiO2 in airborne collected by filter membrane. |
