摘    要:无碱液活化剂脱臭(ASFA)的精制过程完全克服了Mcrox过程的缺陷。AFSA)过程能有效地应用于硫醇含量大、分子量高的直馏馏分(汽油、煤油、柴油)和二次加工汽油的精制。实验室研究和工业试验结果表明,该过程无废液排放,与应用最广的Merox过程相比,脱臭效率高,催化剂寿命长、活性高。

Abstract:Alkaline-free sweetening with activator (AFSA) has been developed as a new process of purification free from the shortcomings of the Merox process. AFSA process could be used efficiently for refining straight run distillates, such as gasolines, kerosenes, diesel fuel and cracked gasoline with a large amount of higher molecular weight mercaptan. A AFSA unit (20000t/a) for straight run gasoline and another unit(400 000t/a)for catalytic cracking gasoline have been put into operation. In the process no waste liquid is drained. The sweetening efficiency is much higher than the Merox process. Besides, the catalyst is noted for its long life and high activity.
