| 摘 要： | 红外焦平面阵列是获取景物红外光辐射信息的重要光电器件。读出电路是其关键部件,良好的读出电路性能在红外焦平面阵列中发挥着重要的作用。本文重点列举了一些最新的CMOS读出电路单元结构,并对它们各自的特点作了简要的比较,同时给出了一些结构对应芯片上的主要参数,最后简单介绍了读出电路的未来发展方向。

| Abstract: | IR FPA is the important photo-electronic device of capturing infrared radiation information. As its critical part, the excellent readout plays a key role in IR FPA. Some newest CMOS readout circuits are presented and brief comparisons to their own characteristics are made in the paper. Moreover, some parameters of chips are given and developing directions are also briefly discussed. |
