About Characteristics and Influence in the Development of Science During the Ancient Greek and Roman Times

This article looks into some characteristics of science development in the ancient Greek and Roman times from the aspects of form, contents and methodology. Then, on the basis of its discussion, it further analyses the significent influence of science at the time on the formation and development of scientific concepts and methods in human history, and influence on the establishment of natural science during the ancient, mordern and contemporary times.
