| 摘 要： | 本文用扫描电镜对穿山甲鳞甲的不同部位的内部形态结构作了观察,并用Z—8000偏振塞曼原子吸收分光光度计对其基部和中后部的元素含量进行了分析。结果表明,穿山甲鳞甲的不同区域内部细微结构及金属元素含量有较大差别。所以,对名贵中药的亚微结构及金属元素含量作分析研究,将对固体中药的形态结构研究和真、伪品的鉴别都有重要的理论和实际意义。

| Abstract: | It has been observed that the internal form structure of the different parts of squama manitis by scanning electron microscope and some metal elements in the base and middle-rear part of squama manitis have been determined by atomic absorption. The results showed that the fine structrue and content of metal elements, are different in different parts of squama manitis. Therefore, it is important in theory and practice to research form structrue and tell true from false in the solid chinese medicinal through the study of the internal sub-microstructure and content of metal elements in the precious chinese medicinals. |
