化学气相冷凝合成纳米颗粒反应器:Ⅱ.传热过程模拟

摘    要:考虑反应器内高温差带来的流体物性变化,建立了化学气相冷凝反应器内流体流动和传热过程的二维数学模型,采用SIMPLEC算法求解得出了强制对流状态下反应器内速度场和温度场的分布,考察了直管壁面温度,撞击壁面温度,直管出口与撞击面的距离和Reynolds准数等参数对反应器内中心轴线上直管出口与撞击面间的温度分布,直管壁面上的直管出口与撞击面间的温度分布以及撞击驻点的Nusselt准烽的影响规律。

Abstract:A two dimensional modeling of fluid flow and heat tranfer in the laminar chemical vapor condensation reactor was presented. The effects of variable physical properties were taken into account. The velocity and temperature fields in forced convection are solved by means of the algorithm of SIMPLEC. The temperature distribution between nozzle and substrate, and Nusselt number at the center of the substrate were studied as a function of various parameters such as nozzle wall temperature, substrate temperature, nozzle substrate distance, and Reynolds number.
