2—芳氨基苄基(或甲基)环己酮肟的Beckmann重排反应

摘    要:2-芳氨基苄基(或甲基)环己酮(1)与羟胺盐酸盐在过量氢氧化钠的乙醇和水溶液中回流,转变为2-芳氨基苄基(或甲基)环己酮肟(2),(2)可能为E或Z构型,在多聚磷酸存在下,用甲苯为共溶剂,(2)能顺利进行Bechmann重排反应,得到4个2-芳氨基苄基-5-己内酰胺和3个2-芳氨基甲基-5-己内酰胺(3),均为未见文献报导的新化合物。用元素分析,MS,IR,^1HNMR,^13CNMR分析确定了它

Abstract:2-arylaminobenzyl(or methyl)-cyclohexanone (1) is prepared diedy by Mannich reaction. (1) can be converted to 2-arylarninobenzy 1 (or methyl) cyclohexanoneoxime (2) by refluxing with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and exass sodium hydroxide in ethanol-H2O solution. When (2) are treated with PPA and using toluene as cosolvent, they rearmnge to four new 2-aryaminobenzylmethyl-5-caprolactam and three new 2-arylandnornethyl-5-capro- lactam (3). The structure of (3) is dedued by elemental analysis, MS, IR, 1HNMR and 13CNMR. The structure of (3) confirms that (2) is Z configuration.
