编辑主体活动与编辑素质

面对新世纪出版业迅速发展的形势,编辑人员的素质对于提高出版物的质量和效用有着至关重要的作用.从编辑的主体性与编辑活动过程层面谈编辑的素质和属性,应首先区分编辑素质与编辑修养这两个概念,在论述编辑客体的特点和评价标准的同时,还应从理论上论证编辑素质的受动性及编辑主体在出版实践中的能动作用.将编辑行为作为实践活动来看,它具有三种基本本质属性,即选择性、整合性与开拓性.

Facing the rapidly developing situation of publishing industry in new century,the quality of editorial staff plays an important part in improving the quality and effectiveness of publication.This paper talks about editorial quality and properties from the editorial subject and editorial activity.First it distinguishes between editorial quality and editorial accomplishment.Then demonstrates the passivity of editorial quality and initiative of editorial subject in publishing practise from the theory while demonstrating the characteristics of editorial object and evaluative standards.When regarding editorial action as practical activity,it has three basic properties,ie selection,conformity and pioneering.
