CPP膜的等离子体表面改性

摘    要:利用空气等离子体对CPP膜表面进行化学改性,并以水和乙二醇为参考液体测量CPP膜表面的接触角,利用Kaelble公式计算其表面能,研究工作压力和处理时间对改性的影响及改性后的时效性。实验结果表明,CPP膜表面经等离子体改性后,其表面接触角显著减少,表面能明显增加,润湿性得到改善;随着放置时间的延长,这些良好的性能会逐渐退化,10d后,回到改性前的状态。

Abstract:The CPP was treated by air plasma to improve its wettability.The effects of working pressure and treatment time on the surface modification and the aging were studied through the measurements of contact angle and the calculation of surface energy according to Kaelble formula.Experimental results indicate that the contact angle appreciably decreases,surface energy increases evidently,and its wettability has been improved after modification.However,the good performances degrade with time,and approach the state before modification.
