新时代学校劳动教育的定性和定位

摘    要:新时代学校劳动教育是劳动价值观教育。正确认识学校劳动教育的性质,有利于从积极层面来理解劳动教育的必要性和重要性,有利于充分发挥劳动教育的发展性功能,有利于避免“窄化”和“泛化”劳动教育的倾向。劳动教育与德育、智育、体育、美育之间是一种互蕴互摄关系,劳动教育在本质上属于社会教育领域,不能拔高和夸大学校劳动教育的功能和作用。

Abstract:The school labor education in the new era is the education of labor values.A correct understanding of the nature of school labor education is conducive to understanding the necessity and importance of labor education from a positive perspective,giving full play to the developmental function of labor education,and avoiding the tendency of“narrowing”and“generalizing”labor education;the labor education and moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic education are mutually inclusive and interactive;the labor education is essentially social education in the field of education,and the functions and effect of the school labor education should not be exalted or exaggerated.
