职业教育学习评价元评估:四维尺度分析

摘    要:为了解职业教育学习评价的实施现状,根据斯塔佛尔比姆CIPP评价模式将职业教育学习评价分解为“评价设计—评价实施—评价结果”,以实用性、可行性、合理性与准确性对我国职业教育学习评价实施效果进行元评估。综合运用文献法、问卷调查法、德尔菲法、层次分析法,对全国32位职业教育评估专家、337位职业教育学生和103位企业相关工作人员进行问卷调查。研究发现,我国职业教育学习评价的制度设计愈发科学,但实用主义色彩浓厚;制度运行更加先进,但技术主义依赖频繁;制度输出更加丰富,但形式主义环节较多。因此,在职业教育学习评价设计上,要实现理念、结构与方法变革;在职业教育学习评价实施上,要实现主体、流程与调控优化;在职业教育学习评价结果上,要实现分析、反馈与运用务实。

Abstract:In order to understand the current situation of the implementation of learning evaluation on the vocational education,according to the Stufflebeam CIPP evaluation model in which learning evaluation on the vocational education is divided into“evaluation design,evaluation implementation and evaluation results”,the implementation effect of learning evaluation on the vocational education in China is meta evaluated from the practicability,feasibility,rationality and accuracy.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,Delphi and analytic hierarchy process,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 32 vocational education evaluation experts,337 vocational education students and 103 enterprise related staff.The study shows that the system design of learning evaluation on the vocational education in China is becoming more scientific,but the pragmatism is more intense;the system operation is more advanced,but it relies on the technicalism frequently;the institutional output is more abundant,but there are more formalism links.Therefore,in the design of learning evaluation on the vocational education,it is necessary to realize the change of concept,structure and method;in the implementation of vocational education learning evaluation,it is necessary to realize the optimization of subject,process and regulation;in the results of vocational education learning evaluation,it is necessary to realize the analysis,feedback and practical application.
