数字化工厂敏捷维修仿真平台

摘    要:敏捷维修是后勤保障领域的新概念,对其进行的研究需要一个统一的仿真平台。首先分析了在数字化工厂虚拟环境下建立敏捷维修仿真平台的基本原则、方法和可行性,提出一个双层结构的仿真平台及其总律设计方案,并详细介绍了其具体实现方式。最后,展示了一个数字化工厂环境下的敏捷维修平台的实例,分别以商用优化包及自主二次开发两种方式对它的优化控制层进行了实现,提出了其工作流程。生产前此平台可以对生产中可能遇到的各种分布的随机故障进行模拟,对维修资源进行优化:从而在实际生产中敏捷地开展各项维修活动,减少平均修复时间,提高生产效率;同时它又可与实际生产中采集到的状态数据相结合,从而转化成一个实际的敏捷维修系统。

Abstract:A uniform simulation platform is urgently needed in Agile Maintenance,which is a new concept in Logistics.Firstly,principles,methods and feasibility were analyzed for building an Agile-Maintenance simulation-platform in the e-factory.Then a 2-layer(Optimization-Control layer and Simulation-Running layer)simulation platform was also proposed along with its general design scheme and implementation methods.Finally,an example of Agile-Maintenance platform in e-factory was brought forward.For implementing the optimization-control layer,two methods(commercial-optimization-package method and secondary-development method) were respectively used,and their work flows were also proposed.Before manufacturing,this platform can simulate various distributed disturbances and failures to optimize the maintenance resources.At the same time,after integrating with the actual status data,this platform can also be changed to an actual agile maintenance system,with reduced MTTR(Mean Time to Repair) and improved production efficiency.
