汽车变速器不对称接合齿的设计

摘    要:目前在轿车的整体开发中,对变速器换挡的操作舒适性和运转的噪声控制,有着更加严格的要求.而变速器与此两项性能直接相关的是同步器组件.因此,针对作为同步器组件的接合齿的结构进行创新设计和研究,对提升变速器总体性能乃至整车的整体性能都有重要的意义.文章依据产品开发实例,通过同步器结构的比较,并对换挡冲击进行理论分析和试验验证,阐述了不对称接合齿结构设计的设计思想和计算方法.

Abstract:Nowadays in the development of complete cars, people require more comfort of the operation of transmission shifting and noise control stringently. But the two performances of transmission are directly related to the synchronizer component. Therefore, we should innovate and research the soldered teeth of synchronizer, which is of great importantance for improving the whole performance of synchronizer and even the complete car's. Based on the example of product development projects and comparison with the structure of synchronizer, this paper expounds the design philosophy and the design procedure of the structure of asymmetric soldered teeth.
