摘    要:应用阳极极化曲线法、阴极极化曲线法、室温析气实验及阳极恒流腐蚀,分别对Pb-Ca-Sn合金和Pb-Ca-Sn-Ce合金在1 28g/cm3硫酸介质中的耐腐蚀性能进行了测试,并对合金在硫酸中所形成的钝化膜进行了表面X射线衍射分析.实验结果表明:加入稀土Ce能使Pb-Ca-Sn合金在很宽的电位范围内均处于钝化状态,显著改善合金的耐腐蚀性能,提高合金的析氢过电位,而且还能阻止阳极二价铅膜的生长,从而改善阳极钝化膜的性能,提高电池的深循环性能.

Abstract:Anodic corrosion of Pb-Ca-Sn alloy and Pb-Ca-Sn-Ce alloy in H_2SO_4 solution(1.28 g/cm~3) was studied respectively via anodic polarization curves, cathodic polarization curves, and gas evolution experiment at room temperature. The corrosion films of the two alloys formed in the same medium were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The results show that cerium can significantly promote the corrosion resistance of Pb-Ca-Sn alloy in H_2SO_4 medium and improve the over-hydrogen potential. The growth of the anodic Pb~(2 ) film is inhibited by adding cerium into Pb-Ca-Sn alloy, which facilitates reducing the resistivity of the (anodic) passive film so as to improve the deep-cycling performance of the battery.
