| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the negative influence of anti-dumpling on China,analyzes on the reasons why our country suffers anti-dumpling lawsuit again and again,and puts forward some measures for dealing with anti-dumpling such as creating the international environment of the fair competition,establishing the prewarning system and lawsuit-answering system for anti-dumpling,normalizing the order of the export competition,carrying out the multiple market strategy,and cultivating the talents for lawsuit-answering of anti-dumpling cases,etc. |
