| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨自发性老年肢体坏疽的诊断和治疗，方法 15例自发性老年肢体坏疽病人，服药治疗无效后行截肢术。结果 术后4例刀口Ⅰ期愈合，11例出现刀口皮缘坏死，1例冠心病发作，2例出现脑栓塞，2例出现意识障碍。结论 保守治疗多不理想，截肢后易出现合并症，预后差。

| Abstract: | Abjective To study diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous senile extremity gangrene. Methods Treatment with medicine were inefficacy, 15 patients of spontaneous senile were taken amputation. Results After operation, incision dermonecrosis were occurred at 11 cases, coronary heart disease was attacked at 1 case, cerebral embolism were occurred at 2 cases, disturbance of consciousness 2 cases. Conclusion Nonoperative treatment were inefficacy in most cases. Complication were occurred easily after operation. |
