| Abstract: | When words are selected and used in legal field, some principles of standarbility must be upheld: 1.They must be up to the language standard. 2. They must be in conformity with the legal norm. 3. They must conform to the standard of legal language style. Only thus can we ensure the accuracy, strictness, and solemnness of the legal language. |
