| 摘 要： | 简要地介绍了多媒体数据压缩技术，给出了数据压缩应遵循的原则，技术指标，常用编码方法及分类，基本原理与方法，同时介绍了声音及图像的压缩编码标准与方法，最后给出了压缩与解压缩的一个具体算法－－Huffman算法，并给出了其具体实现的例程。

| Abstract: | A brief introduction was given to the compression techniques of multimedia data. The rule of data compression, technical indexes, common coding method and classification, basic principles and procedures were introduced, together with audio and image compression standards and methods. Finally, Huffman Algorithm of compression and decompression was given and demonstrated with examples of programming. |
