自旋轨道作用的介观环的电导率

摘    要:研究了在自旋轨道作用(SOI)和垂直磁场存在的情况下,通过连接在两个外部的引线的一维环的电子输运.应用Griffith’s的边界条件,我们得出相应的单电子散射问题的透射系数和电导率的解析表达式.

Abstract:In the presence of the Spin-orbit interation(SOI)and Vertical magnetic field,the election traspart of one-dimension ring connected with two external lends was studied.Applying Griffith's boundary conditions,the analytical expression of electrical conductivity for the transmission coefficients of the corresponding single-electron scattering problem were derived.
