摘    要:在相同的种植环境下,研究了土壤栽培与无土栽培(基质栽培、营养液栽培)对生菜生长及营养品质的影响,并采用隶属函数法对生菜的综合品质进行评价.结果表明:营养液栽培生菜的产量最高,基质栽培次之,土壤栽培产量最低.营养液栽培生菜相比土壤栽培生菜,单株鲜重均值增幅达81.51%.生菜在基质栽培中综合营养品质最高,在营养液栽培中硝酸盐含量较高,而在土壤栽培中各项指标都偏低.

Abstract:This research studied the influences of different cultivation methods,i.c.soil cultivation and soilless cultivation (substrate cultivation and hydroponics),on the growth and nutritional qualities of lettuce.Integrated quality of the lettuce was evaluated based on subordinate function values analysis.The main conclusions were as follows:lettuce produced via hydroponics had the highest yield,while those from soil cultivation had the lowest production.Compared with the soil cultivation,substrate cultivation could achieve higher average weight per plant of lettuce by 81.51%.Lettuce produced from substrate cultivation showed best overall nutritional qualities,and lettuce from hydroponics had highest nitrate contents.While all of the indexes from soil cultivation are lower than from both other cultivations.
