| 摘 要： | 将仅适用于库仑静电相互作用体系的Ｒｏｓｔｏｋｅｒ公式，推广到包括感应电磁场力的完全电磁相互作用的相对论粒子体系。证明过程完全独立于博格留鲍夫准静态假设，因而推广的Ｒｏｓｔｏｋｅｒ公式同样适用于稳定过程及非稳定过程。

| Abstract: | he original Rostoker formula was established in a system consisted of charged particles with Coulomb interaction forces only.the Rostoker formula may be generalized to a system consisted of charged relativistic particles with full electromagnetic interaction forces.The proof is also independent of the Bogoliubov's adiabatic assumption.Then the generalized Rostoker formula is satisfied of not only stability processes but also instability processes. |
