| Abstract: | The enforceable and scientific nature of novelty search and consulation service requires that an information service institute bearing this work have suitable conditions. According to the requirement,this paper analyses existing state and causes of the problems of noveelty search and consulation service of agricultural production and construction corps of xinjiang, and puts forward suggestions to improve quality of the work. |
