PAN基炭纤维的电阻率与炭化温度的关系

摘    要:对不同炭化温度下制备的PAN基炭纤维的电阻率、乱层石墨微晶择优取向进行了测量,给出了PAN基炭纤维的电阻率随炭化温度及乱层石墨微晶择优取向的变化规律.对这种变化规律从电子结构角度进行了初步探讨.结果表明,C-C原子键上的共价电子向传导电子的转移及结构发展的更完善共同导致了PAN基炭纤维的电阻率随炭化温度的升高而降低.

Abstract:The electrical resistivity and preferred orientation of PAN-based carbon fibers with different carbonization temperatures are measured, the changing relations of electrical resistivity with carbonization temperature and preferred orientation are obtained, and the relations of electrical resistivity with carbonization temperature and preferred orientation are discussed from electron structure. It is given that the electrical resistivity decreases with the increasing of carbonization temperature and the decreasing of preferred orientation (Z value increases).The relations result from the transference of covalent electrons on C-C bond into transferable electrons and the perfect degree of turbostratic graphite structure.
