| Abstract: | Another uncertainty relation which is different from Heisenberg uncertainty relation——non-Heisenberg uncertainty relation is derived.In the discussion,this uncertainty relation is attempted to connect with the variation of entropy of probability fluid in measuring process in order to disclose inequality in two directions of time in quantum processes. |
