| 摘 要： | 对全流通前后中小企业板块IPO抑价现象的影响因素进行实证比较分析并比较,探讨在不同的模式下IPO抑价率影响因素的异同.结果表明,我国投资者缺乏理性投资的意识是IPO抑价率居高不下的主要因素.

| Abstract: | Empirical compared analyses on influencing factors of small plate IPO underpricing before and after full circulation were made to discuss the difference of rates of IPO underpricing in different modes. The findings show that investors of China lack of rational investing consciousness, which results in that rate of IPO underpricing remains high. |
