| 摘 要： | 根据江淮汽车股份有限公司某三款轿车的调试情况,从车门铰链安装面以及铰链安装面处内外板之间的间隙等10个方面,分析了影响车身侧围精度等关键要素,提出了满足精度要求的车身侧围需要考虑的几个因素.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses,based on the tryout information of three types of JAC cars , and summarizes some key elements that affect the body-side accuracy from ten aspects such as the gap and flushness between the outer plates and inside plates in the place of hinges installation, etc. Then the paper pointed out several aspects to be considered in body-side accuracy control. |
