摘    要:在车辆悬架系统中引入时滞速度反馈控制,采用理论与数值相结合的方法研究控制系统的稳定性和控制特性。首先,建立了含控制输入时滞的悬架系统模型。然后采用多项式判别定理与全时滞稳定性判定定理研究系统的稳定性,获得满足全时滞稳定性的系统结构参数范围,并得到数值结果的验证。最后,在一定的系统固有时滞下,采用遗传算法对结构参数和控制增益进行优化。结果显示,优化后的簧载质量加速度比优化前降低了22.7%,表明时滞速度反馈控制律可以有效改善悬架性能,为悬架结构参数的设计及控制策略的选择提供了理论依据,具有重要的工程应用价值。

Abstract:In this paper, the time-delay speed feedback control is introduced into the vehicle suspension system, and the stability and control characteristics of the control system are studied by the combination of theoretical and numerical methods. Firstly, the model of suspension system with time delay is established. Then, the stability of the system is studied by using the polynomial discriminant theorem and the full delay stability discriminant theorem, and the range of system structural parameters satisfying the full delay stability is obtained. And the results are also verified by numerical method. Finally, under certain inherent time delay of the system, genetic algorithm is used to optimize the structural parameters and control gain. The results show that the optimized acceleration of spring load mass is 22.7% lower than that before optimization. It shows that the time delay speed feedback control can effectively improve the suspension performance, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of suspension structural parameters and the selection of control strategies. It has important engineering applications value.
