| 摘 要： | 在有氧和无氧以及有光和黑暗条件下合成了一系列胆红素Ｃｕ络合物样品。经ＦＴ－ＩＲ光谱，ＥＰＲ，ＩＣＰ和ＵＶ谱的不同方法的表征，结果表明氧参与了反应且氧与金属离子协同，加速了色素型胆石的形成，为人体胆石的形成机理提供了实验证据支持。

| Abstract: | A series of bilirubin copper
complexes have been synthesized in the condition of with or without oxygen and in light or in
dark. The samples have been characterized by FT IR, EPR, ICP and UV spectra, respectively. It
has been found that the oxygen and the metal ions have synergistically taken part in the reaction
and accelerated its formation as well. The experimental results give the evidence of pigment
gallstone formation. |
