光电多芯片组件中自由空间光互连的物理布局算法

摘    要:采用自由空间光互连的光电多芯片组件结构,按其所采用的光学器件的物理性能约束条件,提出了一种新的互连布局算法,该算法针对采用CGH的FSOI系统中物理结构的特点进行建模,双蝴蝶网络计算机模拟布局结果表明,同递归最大-最小匹配算法、递归模拟淬火算法等其他算法相比,文中提出的算法对互连布局的性能有明显改善。

Abstract:Based on the structure specific characteristic of free space optical interconnection (FSOI) and the physical performance restraint to optical interconnection channels, a new interconnection layout algorithm was proposed. The optical interconnection breaks out the bottle necks occurred to high speed, high performances electrical interconnection systems. The discussion about the computer simulation results of our layout algorithm and other algorithms such as Iterative Maximum Minimum Matching Algorithm, Iterative Simulated Annealing Placement Algorithm, show that this new algorithm is useful for further improvement.
