关于核心期刊的定义及对完善核心期刊评价的建议

基于布拉德福定律和作者的认识,对联中文核心期刊要目总览》提出的核心期刊的定义进行了改进和完善,分析了新定义的准确性、全面性和科学性,提出了改进和完善科技期刊评价的6点建议：一是恢复“载文量”指标;二是增加“Web下载率”指标;三是增加“发行量”指标：四是完善“获奖或被重要检索系统收录”指标的使用：五是改进“基金论文比”指标的使用;六是增强评审专家构成的代表性．

Definition of Core Journals and Suggestions on Improvement of Core Journal Evaluation

The paper improves the definition of core journals put forward by《A Guide to the Core journals of China》,analyzes the accuracy,comprehensiveness and scientific quality of new definition and puts forward the following six suggestions on improvement of scientific journal evaluation based on the law of Bradford and knowledge of the author:a)reuse the index of"carrying capacity of papers";b)add the index of"download rate of Web";c) add the index of "circulation";d)improve the index use of"prize-winning or collected by important retrieving system";e)improve the index of"fund-paper ratio"and f)enhance the representativeness of evaluation experts.
