茹可夫斯基杠杆法的推广及应用

摘    要:茹可夫斯基杠杆法是用来求解机构平衡力和平衡力矩的一种方法,其优点是省略了求各运动副中反力的繁复过程。但纵观国内外的文献,在使用该法时仅局限于机构中各构件为刚性杆,且不考虑摩擦力。可是现实中各机构往往还带有液压气动元件和弹簧约束等;随着机械向高速、高精度发展,摩擦也是一种不可忽略的因素。为此,本文把茹可夫斯基杠杆法加以推广使之适用于带液压气动元件、带弹簧约束、考虑部分运动副中摩擦力(包括移动副和转动副)的机构。

Abstract:Joukowsky's lever method is one to find out the equilibrant and balancing moment of mechanisms with the advantage of cutting out the complicated process of calculating reaction forces in kinematic pairs. But its application is limited to mechanisms composed of rigid members with negligible friction. Since hydropneumatic elements and spring constraints are usually included in mechanisms in practice, and also with the development of high-speed and high-precision mechanisms, friction can no longer be neglected. The author generalized Joukowsky's method and exetended its application to solve for mechanisms including non-rigid members in which friction has to be considered as well.
