摘    要:将连续铸轧过程中铸轧坯与铸轧辊内冷水之间的的传热问题简化成大平板传热问题.根据铸轧辊周期性旋转的特点,对大平板热传递系数计算公式进行了修正,导出了修正系数的计算公式,从而得到一种用简单计算方法计算铸轧坯与铸轧辊内冷水间的的热传递系数及各传热环节热阻的简便途径.

Abstract:In this paper the problem of heat transfer between casting strip and the cooling water in the roller in the process of continuous roll-casting is simplified as that of heat transfer in a large flat plane. According to the periodic rotating feature of the casting roller, the calculating formula of the heat transfer coefficient is deduced through modifying that through a large flat plane and a calculating formula of the coefficient of correction is deduced at the same time. Therefore, the heat transfer coefficient between roll-casting strip and cooling water, each heat resistance of all the heat transferring segment can be simply calculated with this method.
