| Abstract: | The extrusion processing of cellular plastics with CO 2 gas as blowing agent is getting more and more welcome, since the cellular plastics produced by this way has excellent performance, and is unharmful to natural environment. In this paper, a new processing system for the extrusion of cellular plastics with CO 2 gas as blowing agent is presented. By using this system, the effect of extrusion pressure and temperature were investigated. The results show that the cellular plastics with a lot of small bubble-holes could be gotten if several factors are well controlled. |
