| 摘 要： | 本文采用UV法观察硫酸镁伍用甲基多巴后镁离子药代动力学的变化情况,结果表明,硫酸镁伍用甲基多巴前后药动学参数的差别不显著,提示两药合用后硫酸镁的代谢无显著变化.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of the adjuvant adjuvant_Methyldopa on Pharmacokinelic parameters of Mg2 in blood serum.Methods Pharmacokinelic parameters of Mg2 were determined by UV spectrophotometry(Magnesium alone, Magnesiumplus Methyldopa).Rusults The stydy showed that there were no statistical significant differences as compared eith the parameters of Mg2 (between Magnesium slone and Magnesium plus Methyldopa)(p>0.05).Conclusion: Methyldopa has no remarkable effect on metabolism of Magnesium. |
