焊丝镀铜工艺研究

摘    要:将现有的常规预处理工序除油、除锈、活化、预浸合并为一步工序,即“四合一”预处理;常温下,应用具有高速电镀特性的镀液和镀槽设备,使镀铜速度提高了三倍;增添了一步快速钝化工序,焊丝表面色泽、铜层结合力和耐蚀性等均已达到国家的标准质量.

Abstract:It is our purpose to find a new technological process which accelerates plating copper on welding wires reduces working space and strengthens product corrosion resistance. The new technological process has following characteristics; it combins oil removal, rust removal,activation and pre-leaching into one process; it raises normal- temperature- electroplating speed by three times with high speed solution and cell equipments, it adds a working operation of high speed passivation. Surface colour and lustre of product, adhesive force of coated copper and corrosion resistance all meet the national standards.
