有机集中理念下的城市功能用地研究——以嘉兴市为例

通过分析国外城市空间分散发展理论产生的根源,认为在我国土地资源严重短缺的情况下,其分散思想不利于协调城市发展与节约用地的矛盾冲突.据此,提出用有机集中理论寻求协调城市发展与土地资源矛盾的方法和途径.其基本思想是,受土地资源制约的城市发展,首先是集中问题而不是分散问题.为此,在区域范围内的城市实行总体集中,在城市内部实行在集中基础上的分散,并根据有机集中理论提出城市发展的功能用地的组织框架.最后,运用有机集中理论以嘉兴市为例进行了实证研究.

Study on Using Soil of City Function Base on Organic Concentration Theory-- A Case Study of Jiaxing City

After analyzing the roots of theory of urban space decentralization, this paper thinks its idea of decentralization makes against to correspond the conflict between the development of city and saving soil in the lack of Soil resources. Hereby, it advances the ways to correspond the conflict in the theory of organic concentration. Its basic idea is concentration firstly or not decentralization under condition of the lack of soil resources. Cities are centralized in the region and decentralized based on decentralization in the interior of cities. And it brings up the organizing flame of using soil of urban function baseing on the theory of organic concentration. Finally, the urban development of Jiaxing is studied in organic concentration theory.
