晚清山东的盗匪及整治

晚清政府日渐式微,内忧外患不断加剧,盗匪猖獗,灾荒之年,挣扎在死亡线上的广大饥民,纷纷沦为盗匪,山东盗匪尤甚.猖獗的盗匪给晚清山东百姓的生命财产和清王朝统治构成严重威胁和破坏.清政府采取了镇压、清乡、移民及教养等措施,对整治盗匪起了一定作用,但无法根本改变山东盗匪猖獗的局面,扭转失范和危机势态,从而加速了清王朝的倾亡.

The Bandits and Suppression in Shandong Province during the Late Qing Dynasty

The bandits were rampant in Shandong Province because of the Late Qing Dynasty declining,the intense crisis from domestic and foreign and famines.Social stability and lives were destroyed by bandits.The Late Qing government adopted many ways,such as suppression,migration,education etc,to control bandits.But the government could not thoroughly suppress bandits which made it collapse quickly.
