摘    要:本文把同归正交试验设计与登高法相结合,用于炭弧堆焊在耐磨堆焊材料成分设计中,以Fe-Cr-C-系为基,加人Mo、脱氧剂及M102镍基合金粉末,经过少量试验便选出了性能比较理想的新耐磨堆焊材料的配比.新材料的耐磨性(在低角度湿石英砂冲刷磨损条件下)比FeO_5提高1.48倍.

Abstract:The regressing normal testing design method and the ascending method were combined together and applied to the composition design of wear resistant hardfacing welding materials for carbon plasma arc hardfacing welding. Taking Fe-Cr -C system as the base alloy, with Mo, deoxidizers and F102 powder of Ni-base alloy added, the ingredient of a comparatively ideal new wear resistant hardfacing welding material was quickly determined by usinng the method only after small ammounts of experiments. The wear resistance of the newly developed material is 1.48 times higher than that of Feo5 under the low angle wetquartz-sand erosion conditions.
