| 摘 要： | 通过对淮北矿业集团公司祁南矿南大巷复杂地质条件下的强突出煤层安全揭煤工程实践，摸索出了一套严谨的石门揭穿突出煤层防治煤与瓦斯突出技术，为其它类似条件下石门揭穿突出煤层工作提供了可借鉴的实践经验。
