中华绒螯蟹呼肠孤病毒病组织病理学观察

取纯化病毒人工感染的中华绒鳌蟹(Erioeheir sinensis)组织进行超薄切片，用电镜观察呼肠孤病毒感染所引起的蟹组织病理学变化．结果表明：该病毒能感染中华绒螯蟹的肠、肝胰腺、心脏等多种组织．在感染组织的细胞质中可观察到55nm的无囊膜球状病毒，但观察不到病毒包涵体．随着病毒的增殖复制，可观察到细胞核中染色质凝结、电子密度增高，线粒体组织结构严重破坏、内脊消失，粗面内质网异常发达。溶酶体大量出现等明显的细胞病变．

Study on reovirus disease of Eriocheir sinensis and its pathology

The ultra-thin sections of tissues taken from Eriocheir sinensis which was artificially infected with purified virus were observed with electronic microscope to check its histopathological changes. The results showed that the virus had infected intestinal canal, hepatopancreas, cardiacell etc. There were globe virus without envelope in its 55 nm size in cytoplasm of infected tissues, but no inclusion body found. While the virus amplifying, those pathological changes could be obviously observed, such as the coagulated chromosome in the cell nucleus, higher electronic density, meanwhile, the construction of mitochondria were damaged heavily, cristae disappeared as well as rough endoplasmic reticulum strongly developed and mass of lyosomes formed.
