平流式沉淀池数值模拟分析

摘    要:利用前人已建立的二维沉淀池数学模型计算沉淀池内水流的流场和过流曲线,并进行验证,结果表明,该模型能够很好地模拟沉淀池中水流的流动以及示踪剂在池内的流动过程.利用该模型,分别计算平流式沉淀池在不同挡板位置、进水口流速和沉淀池长高比下的水流流场、悬浮物的浓度场,并用示踪剂分别计算其过流曲线.分析比较挡板位置、进水口流速、沉淀池长高比等对沉淀池运行效果的影响,并依此确定沉淀池合理的挡板位置、长高比和进水口流速.

Abstract:A 2-D mathematical model for settling tanks, developed by former scholars, is adopted for calculation of the velocity field and flow-through curve for the settling tanks. The comparison of numerical results with the experimental data shows that the mathematical model can well simulate the hydrodynamic characteristics of water flow and mixing process of dye tracers in settling tanks. Furthermore, the mathematical model is applied to calculation of the velocity field of water flow, concentration field of suspended solids, and flow-through curve for rectangular settling tanks under different locations of baffles, different flow velocities at water inlets, and different length-to-height ratios of settling tanks. By analysis of the calculated results, the rational location of baffles, length-to-height ratio of settling tanks, and flow velocity at water inlets are determined.
