| Abstract: | It has blindness and speculation when the small and medium-size privately operated enterprises choose the form of organization. The related legal rules are relatively chaotic at the same time. This article put forward that the enterprises should make the form of organization legal and diversiform. And in this foundation, can it carries on the optimized choice to promote the small and medium-size privately operated enterprises to continual and fast development. |
