摘    要:作者于1990年秋季(10月)对分布在四川德格县高寒牧区的藏山羊血液生理、生化指标进行了系统测定。结果表明,藏山羊血液的红细胞数、白细胞数、红细胞压积指标偏高,大多数生化指标高于国内某些山羊地方种,并且,群体内有差异,其规律是有的指标羯羊高于母羊、成年羊高于育成羊。但藏山羊血液血红蛋白含量偏低,其原因有待进一步探讨;嗜酸性白细胞偏高,说明有内寄生虫感染。

Abstract:The authors have systematically determined the physiological and biochemical targets of blood from Tibetan goat in Dege County in the autumn of 1990. The results showed that, the numbers of red blood cell, white blood cell, and the percentages of red blood cell hematoerit were high, most biochemical targets in Tibetan goat were highert han those of some other local breeds of goat in our country, besides, there were differences between various flocks. Some biochemcal targets in wether were higher than those in she-goat, and adult goat were higher than buckling, but, the contents of hemoglobin were slightly lower as compared with other local breeds, the cause of the difference should be further studied. The number of eosinophil cell was higher, it showed that these Tibetan goats was infected with internal parasites before this study.
