提出了多媒体宽带码分多址系统的一种基于业务的非线性功率控制算法，该算法用于上行链路，在同时满足平均信干比和掉话率要求的条件下，利用迭代求得各业务在到达基站时所需的最小功率，从而使系统容量达到最大，同时保证了各业务具有高服务质量，通过对一个三业务的数仿真，验证了此功率控制算法的优点，并显示了服务质量与系统容量的交换关系。

Traffic-Based Nonlinear Power Control in Multimedia Wideband Code Division Multiple Access Systems

A traffic based nonlinear power control algorithm is developed for the uplink of multimedia wideband code division multiple access (CDMA) systems. By satisfying the requirements of average signal to interference ratio and outage probability, the minimum power of each traffic type received at base station is derived by iteration. As a result, the system capacity is maximized and high quality of service (QoS) is guaranteed. The simulation of a system involving three traffic types confirms the advantage of the algorithm and shows the trade off between QoS requirement and system capacity.
