摘    要:研究喹诺酮类药物如奥比沙星、沙拉沙星和双氟沙星在胶束体系中的荧光性质,实验结果表明十二烷基磺酸钠对其荧光具有较强的增敏作用,据此建立了胶束增敏荧光分光光度法测定喹诺酮类药物的新方法.在最佳实验测定条件下,奥比沙星、沙拉沙星和双氟沙星的荧光强度与其体积质量分别在1.0×10~(-2)~2.0,1.0×10~(-2)~2.0,1.0×10~(-3)~0.50 mg·L~(-1)范围呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为3.0,3.0,0.50 μg·L~(-1).该方法用于测定血清样品中喹诺酮类药物的含量,获得满意的实验结果.

Abstract:The fluorescence characteristics of quinolones, such as orbifloxacin, sarafloxacin and difloxacin, in micellar system are studied. The experiments indicate that sodium dodecyl sulfate micellar system can greatly enhance the fluorescence signals. A new method is developed for the determination of quinolones. Under optimal conditions, good linear relationship between fluores-cence intensity and concentration of orbifloxacin, sarafloxacin and difloxacin is observed in the range of 1.0×10~(-2)~2.0,1.0×10~(-2)~2.0,1.0×10~(-3)~0.50 mg·L~(-1) with the detection limint of 3.0,3.0,0.50 μg·L~(-1),respectively.This method is used to determine the content of quinolones compounds in human serum with satisfactory results.
