| 摘 要： | 乳酸杆菌是目前应用的微生态制剂中最重要的有益菌组成成分之一。本研究从健康猪小肠中分离了1株耐酸和耐胆盐能力较强的乳酸杆菌,命名为乳酸杆菌L5株。进一步地,通过微胶囊化研究,提高了其耐贮存性以及在模拟胃肠液中的存活率。 |
