| 摘 要： | 随着新建本科院校办学规模、收入来源不断扩大,如何计划和管理好各项收入以保障教学科研等活动的开展,成为各新建院校急需解决的重要问题。本文从高校预算管理的角度,探讨民族地区新建本科院校预算存在的问题并提出相应的对策。
