ZSM-5分子筛负载钯-壳聚糖配合物催化苯丙酮加氢的反应动力学

摘    要:以ZSM-5分子筛作载体制备了以钯-壳聚糖(Pd-CS)配合物为活性组分的催化剂Pd-CS/ZSM-5,在常温且氢气压力恒定为大气压力时,以乙醇为溶剂将Pd-CS/ZSM-5用于催化苯丙酮加氢生成1-苯基-1-丙醇反应,用气相色谱仪跟踪反应进程.考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、苯丙酮浓度对转化率的影响规律.结果表明,Pd-CS/ZSM-5催化剂对苯丙酮加氢反应具有较高的催化活性,反应对苯丙酮为零级,并提出了可能的反应机理.

Abstract:A hydrogenated catalyst,palladium-chitosan(Pd-CS) complex supported on ZSM-5 molecular sieve was prepared.The Pd-CS/ZSM-5 catalyst was used to catalyze the hydrogenation of propiophenone at normal temperature and atmospheric pressure,and GC was used to test the reaction course.Moreover,influences of catalyst's amount,reaction temperature and the concentration of propiophenone on the conversion of the reaction were investigated.The Pd-CS/ZSM-5 catalyst has high activity for the hydrogenation of propiophenone at normal temperature.The reaction was found to be zero order with respect to propiophenone.A probable reaction mechanism was proposed based on the observed initial rate data.
